Pasteurisation Unit Monitoring System
PUMS series, records Temperature and Calculates PU values Monitoring Data Logger The logger collects data, values recorded are shown using the WinPasteur software. The logger accurately records temperatures as seen by the product as it passes through the pasteurisation process. These measurements are used to calculate the acquired P.U’s. (Pasteurisation Units) seen by that product. Set point 1 is set as the Temperature above which Pasteurisation occurs for the product. Set point 2 is set as the time during which the product has been above Set point 2 temperature. The Maximum temperature is recorded and the time the temperature was within 2°C of this Maximum value. Run time is also recorded, from plugging in the sensor to unplugging it.
